Many Boxercise classes are run by people who have 'been on a training course' that allows them to teach but have never actual put a pair of gloves on in their lives! With Ramsey Boxercise at The Gym you are instructed by and ex-boxer who has the skill and knowledge that takes you to a different level.
Boxercise is suitable for both sexes of any age.

BALANCE TIMING & TECHNIQUE.

SUPERVISED BY TRAINED INSTRUCTORS.

This is a great place to learn the foundations. Every Saturday from 12.15pm - 1.15pm.

Come and join us at The Gym for a workshop in self defence.
You will learn about the psychological side of Defence and Attack including:
Body language
Coping with aggressive behaviour
Communications
Preparing your brain to execute defence/attack
Then you will be taught basic techniques to defend yourself along with more specialised forms of defending yourself such as:
Pressure point attacks
Joint manipulation
Blocking punches and kicks
Taking the aggressor to the floor to stabilise and escape
Defending headlocks and chokes
Anti rape techniques
Defence against weapons
