You will learn kettlebell fitness techniques whilst doing cardio, core and resistance training, for an intensive all-over body workout producing immediate and amazing results in half the time of normal training.
Due to the fluid nature of the movements it allows for multiple muscle fibres to be used at the same time which maximises calorie and fat burn whilst toning muscles and getting an amazing cardiovascular workout. It's a great way of combining both resistance training (essential for metabolism control) and cardio training (fitness and heart health).
Expect maximum results in half the time of normal training!
