Oriental (Egyptian) Dance is every Wednesday at 10am at The Gym - it’s suitable for all as it is a low impact free moving fun exercise class - come and join this relaxed and friendly class there’s no choreography it is meditative movements to beautiful eastern sounds – the freedom and mobility your body feels will make you feel amazing.

Let the sounds of the orient enchant you. Easy exercise focusing on stretching, bending, circles and 8s, kicks and drops, sways and twists and shimmeys
strengthening abdominal, dorsal and stomach muscles for a relaxed and healthy posture!

Oriental dance excercis is compatible with stroke rehabilitation, physiotherapy, improving balance, pre ski execise, golfing warm-up, etc.

All you need is a shawl to tie around your hips and any clothing you feel
comfortable wearing.
