
Here at The Gym we have some of the most highly trained yoga teachers in the world, providing yoga classes to suit everyone - Curly Kel's Hath/Iyingar yoga and Dave Smyth's Pranashama yoga, from beginner to advanced.
Yoga is the perfect, non-impact, exercise for keeping the body flexible and supple,
as well as calming the mind.
Classes take place in the Fitness Studio and all equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat.
These classes are very popular, so please make sure that you book your class in advance

Occasionally places are available on a 'pay-on-the-day' basis. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
New - Pranashama Weekend Workshop...Sat 26 and Sun 27 November, £80 per day or £150 for weekend.
9am to 5pm Sat and Sun.
The are a maximum of 14 places per day, payment required in advance as spaces limited.

9-11 - 2 hour Vinyasa Class
11-11.30 - Breakfast (provided)
11.30-13.30 - Thai Yoga Massage
Lunchtime Smoothie (provided)
14.30-16.00 - Partner Yoga
16.00-17.00 - Meditation
